Carrots are full of beta-carotene, a type of vitamin A that can help maintain eye sight, as well as prevent cancer. It also protects against aging and is good for the skin.
Wash and cut the carrots into long strips.
Place the cut carrots in the juicer.
Juice the juice again to obtain a clearer juice with less residue.
TIP: The orange color of the carrot may stain the brush. However, it will wash out naturally as soon as you use the next ingredient.
