Oranges have vitamin C, flavonoid and beta-carotene, which acts as a support in age prevention. It strengthens the immune system and the resistance to any disease, as well as cancer.
Peel the fruits and cut them into 6 pieces.
Sprinkle them with cinnamon.
Place the orange pieces in the Slow Juicer. Add a handful soaked almond (12h softened) between them.
TIP: Use only oranges with cinnamon for pure orange juice. If you run the juice a second time through the Juicer you get a clearer, residue-free juice. Cinnamon reduces the blood glucose level by 30%.
